The activities that we are currently developing are:

- Cloning and expression of recombinant proteins in Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes.

- Immunisation of animals: mice, rats and rabbits to produce polyclonal antibodies.

- Test bleeds for serum production and analysis of immune response.

- Somatic cell fusions of mouse/rat spleens for production of hybridomas.

- Cloning and screening of hybridomas.

- Isotype testing of monoclonal antibodies.

- Antibody characterization.

- In vitro production of monoclonal antibodies.

- Purification of monoclonal antibodies from hybridoma supernatant.

- Recombinant antibody production through different display and selection technologies.

- Antibody Purification.

- Antibody Use: Assay Design for detection and/or quantification of compounds.
